Appointments and cancellations are made online only. We want to make sure each customer that visits the shop receives our undivided attention for the best service. 

Due to a recent increase in No-call/No-shows, we must now require a credit or debit card to reserve a service.

To avoid losing your appointment, we ask that you arrive a few minutes early or on time as we have a 10-minute grace period. After said grace period has lapsed, you may be asked to reschedule (barber discretion). We understand that things happen, but to avoid tardiness with other clients, we must enforce this. 

Please note that we prefer cash, but credit cards are accepted for payment for an extra dollar to cover fees.

A 24-hour notice is respectfully requested should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
